Investment in pipeline projects to clear bottlenecks in China's internal flow of products will fail to eliminate constraints on the main north-south supply routes.New product pipelines and the expansion of coastal refineries will partially relieve China's congested rail system,which still accounts for at least 46pc of internal product shipments,according to a major new Argus study of China's oil infrastructure.
