Northern Star buys more ounces near Jundee

Millrose sits 40km to the east of Northern Star's Jundee gold operation in Western Australia's northern Goldfields. Northern Star will pay $41 million in cash, comprising $2 million on execution of the agreement and $39 million when the transaction is complete, expected within 30 business days. The company will also issue Strickland 1.5 million shares which will be subject to 12 months' escrow.
