India's export bans on broken rice, wheat and wheat flour drew criticism at the World Trade Organization's (WTO) Committee on Agriculture (CoA) last week, as members also discussed an earlier request for consultations over India's public stockholding programs and the implementation of a deal between Russia, Ukraine and the United Nations (UN) to facilitate grain exports via the Black Sea.
