Saudi Aramco sent a circular to its term crude customers on 10 April informing them that they would receive 100% of their contractual volumes in May,as in April.This notification confirmed an earlier statement made by the Saudi Oil Minister,Mr.Ali al-Naimi,who had denied rumors about Saudi Arabia's unilaterally reducing its production.
