Corteva agrees Symborg takeover deal

Corteva Agriscience has agreed a deal to acquire Spanish biological crop protection supplier Symborg (Murcia). Executive vice-president at Corteva's crop protection business unit, Robert King, welcomes the deal. “Acquiring Symborg is a significant next step in Corteva's strategy to accelerate the development of a best-in-class biologicals portfolio, as a valuable part of our integrated solutions we offer to our customers.”
