Corteva to streamline CP ops with value focus

Corteva is to streamline its crop protection operations, focusing on key crops, geographies and new and “differentiated” products. The company plans on simplification with increasing emphasis on differentiated products with high sustainability profile and value enhancement on core crops. It will also be reducing its geographic footprint and cutting in-house manufacturing. Executive vice-president of the company's crop protection business unit, Robert King, presented Corteva's plans at an investor conference yesterday. He explained that the company would align its product developments in certain crops and geographies.
