For the first time in a European capital,several Oil or Energy Ministers from Arab and African gas exporting countries will be participating in an international conference,in conjunction with some 25 other speakers,including senior European and Arab officials and experts and more than 180 delegates,to discuss the economic and strategic implications of the rapid increase in European gas imports from the Middle East and North Africa.
