Rainbow acquires Spanish company Exclusivas Sarabia

Chinese agrochemical company Rainbow (Jinan) has acquired the Spanish agrochemical company, Exclusivas Sarabia (Fraga), in a cash transaction. The Spanish company, founded in 1985, develops, manufactures and distributes crop protection products. The company’s headquarters and warehouse are in Fraga in the Huesca province whereas its manufacturing facilities are located in Alpicat in the province of Leida. Rainbow says that Sarabia has a good marketing network in Spain and the surrounding countries.
