Biofuel group presses EPA for in-person hearing for new RFS rule, defends emissions reductions

Growth Energy is urging EPA to hold an in-person stakeholder hearing to discuss its proposed “set” rule that fixes biofuel volumes under the Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) for 2023-2025, in addition to the January 10 teleconference already planned by the agency, and also defended the plan’s emissions benefits.
