APVMA proposes registration of Excalia fungicide

The Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority(APVMA)has invited comments for the registration of Sumitomo Chemical’s fungicide,Excalia(inpyrfluxam – trade-marked as Indiflin)as a suspension concentrate formulation.The product is intended for the control of sheath blight(Rhizoctonia solani)in potatoes and yellow sigatoka(Mycosphaerella musicola)in bananas.
