Bosch/BASF joint venture rebrands as One Smart Spray

BASF Digital Farming and German technology provider Bosch’s joint venture,Bosch BASF Smart Farming,has rebranded as One Smart Spray.The brand name will also apply to its product,previously named Smart Spraying Solution.The joint venture’s global marketing and communications manager,Jorge von Kostrisch,rates the new brand”stronger and more memorable”.Co-managing director Florian Gwosdz claims the move a”milestone”following the development since 2021 of a technology that has been”tested and proven”with series production under way,and feedback”constantly enthusiastic”.The 50/50 joint venture between BASF Digital Farming and Bosch was registered as Bosch BASF Smart Farming(BBSF)upon receiving regulatory approval in 2021.
