PMRA consults on Corteva’s picoxystrobin

The Canadian Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) has initiated a public consultation on a proposed special review decision involving Corteva Agriscience’s fungicide, picoxystrobin (trade-marked as Onmira). The active ingredient is registered in the country for foliar, ground or aerial use on canola, dry legumes, cereals, maize, soybeans, potatoes, sunflowers, onions, sugar beets, almonds, alfalfa, peanuts and grass grown for seeds. It can also be applied as a seed treatment on canola, rapeseed and mustard.
