Congratulations to ZKG Cement Lime Gypsum on its 111th anniversary! It is really a great milestone for this journal which has such a long history of contribution to the cement, building technology and material science. ZKG magazine is famous at my company for it always features new developments related to the cement technology, which is also the main focus of myself and my company. We have the same ideas including sustainability, digitalization, carbon reduction, carbon neutral, etc. My company (TCDRI, which belongs to Sinoma) is making efforts to pro- vide solutions such as energy efficiency improvement, AF, LC3, hydrogen, BIM, AI, etc., through technology and equipment. My major focus is to study how to improve energy efficiency with a new preheater, cooler, kiln, as well as to reduce carbon by AF, hydrogen, etc. I would like to see any related and interesting ideas shared with the ZKG Cement Lime Gypsum magazine during the coming years. Although it is difficult to submit articles for scholars who focus on engineering, I would like ZKG to try to improve its journal impact factor in the next year.
