Olmix acquires French biotechnology business

French biostimulants provider Olmix Group (Brehan) has acquired Saint-Juery-based peer business Bois Valor. The latter specialises in developing foliar biostimulants and seed treatment solutions based on substances extracted from wood and plants. Its portfolio consists of registered biostimulants, seed coatings, and solventfree extracted plant molecules. The development marks Olmix's first acquisition.
