Egypt's Holding Company for Metallurgical Industries (Micor) is carrying out a feasibility study into the rehabilitation of its flagship integrated flat and long steelmaker Egyptian Iron St Steel Co (Hadisolb), a Micor official told Platts on Tuesday. Production capacity at Hadisolb remains at below 50% of capacity due to restricted supply of coke from sister company El Nasr Co, which is experiencing technical problems.
