A special drilling rig meeting the requirements of geothermal application is model DSB 2/10 as shown on the bauma. Quite a lot of NORDMEYER drillingrigs working for geothermal applications are equipped alike. The completely new rig type DSB 1/5.5 is equipped with 2 combinedpowerheads (double powerhead) for simultaneous driving of inner tubes and casings.
