Shell International,Total and Saudi Aramco recently signed and exchanged documents approving the "South Rub'alKhali Non-associated Gas Upstream Project Agreement,"the Saudi Press Agency(SPA)."Currently,the required statutory procedures for ratification of the agreement by the Saudi Arabian government are being finalized.
