Kentz Corporation Awarded Three-Year Contract by Shell for Engineering Services for the Pearl GTL Plant

Kentz Corporation Limited, the holding company that controls Kentz Engineering and Construction Group, announced on 7 January that it had signed a framework agreement with Qatar Shell GTL Limited covering the supply of services in the execution of "plant change requests". Under the three-year agreement, Kentz is to provide design, engineering, construction supervision and procurement services for changes made to ongoing projects and the gas-to-liquids (GTL) plant being developed by Pearl GTL in Ras Laffan. The agreement also encompasses offshore platforms, storage tanks in the port of Ras Laffan, loading jetties and associated infrastructure.
