Libya's National Oil Corporation (NOC) has announced another two hydrocarbon discoveries, one of oil and gas in the Sirte basin and one of oil in the Ghadames basin. In both cases, they are minor finds, judging by the flow rates reported by the national oil company, but one that was made by Sirte Oil Company has already been declared commercial.
