Eutelsat secures connectivity contract from Telenor Maritime

Eutelsat's 'Advance' managed connectivity service has been selected by Telenor Maritime, under a new contract in the commercial shipping segment. The Telenor subsidiary will use capacity on two Eutelsat satellites, 33E and 65 West A, to serve the needs of clients such as cruise operators in the Mediterranean and Caribbean seas. Eutelsat said that the deal demonstrated the current momentum of the maritime connectivity business.
