Funding Package for the Satorp Refinery Could Be Finalized by the End of January

Saudi Aramco Total Refining and Petrochemical Company (Satorp), a joint venture between Saudi Aramco (62.5%) and the French company Total (37.5%), is seeking to finalize a funding package for its "huge" project by the end of January, the Vice-President Strategic Planning of Total, Mr. Jean-Jacques Mosconi, told a conference in London.
