Melrose's Share of Output from its Egyptian Activities, 10,633 BOE/D, Represents 72% of its Worldwide Production

The share of production reverting to Melrose Resources from its activities in Egypt, Bulgaria and the United States was 6% higher in the third quarter of this year than in the same period of 2007. It totaled 6 billion cu ft of gas and 357,000 barrels of crude and condensate, of which Egypt accounted for 4.13 billion cu ft and 289,000 barrels respectively, or 44.92 million cu ft/day of gas and 3,146 b/d of liquids. That adds up to 10,633 boe/d out of a total of 14,804 boe/d, the British firm indicates in a report on its activities in the third quarter.
