Oil prices are flying from one record to another.On the New York Mercantile Exchange(Nymex),a new all-time high was reached on Tuesday,13 May,although that kind of event has become almost routine,since it was the seventh day of trading in a row that this had happened.The price of light sweet crude for June contracts touched 126.98/b during trading that day,before falling back to 125.807b at the close,a rise of 1.57/b from the day before.
