Share of Natural gas in GDP Forecast to Reach Around 10%by 2020

The natural gas sectors is expected to account for about 10% of Oman's gross domestic product by 2020,according to the Minister of Oil and Gas,Mr.Mohamed bin Hamad bin Saif al-Romhy.In an interview with the Times of Oman,Mr.al-Romhy said that gas would thus play a major role in the country's economic diversification strategy.
