Creation of the United Arab Company for Chemical Carriers

A new joint venture,United Arab Company for Chemical Carriers,has been established by a number of companies and investors from the six member countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council(GCC).The project was promoted by Kuwait-based United Arab Shipping Company(UASC),and the other associates include Qatar Navigation(QN),which has acquired a 10.5% interest in the venture for 50 million.
