MOUs Could Be Signed with Total and ConocoPhillips for the Jubail and Yanbu Refineries Before the End of May

After being given the go-ahead by its board of directors,Saudi Aramco could sign memoranda of understanding(MOUs)with the French company Total and ConocoPhillips of the U.S.before the end of May providing for each to participate in the development of one of the two new refineries to be built at Jubail and Yanbu.
