Al-Khafji Joint Operations(KJO)has awarded Penspen a project management services(PMS)contract covering all aspects of EPC(engineering,procurement and construction)work connected with the oil and gas projects it undertakes over the next five years.The British company explains that the ceiling price of the contract is about 60 million.KJO is a 50:50% joint venture between Kuwait Gulf Oil Company(KGOC)and Aramco Gulf Operations Company(AGOC).
