While describing Project Kuwait as a priority,the President and Chief Executive Officer of Kuwait Oil Company (KOC),Mr.Faroud al-Zanki,thinks the international oil companies (IOCs) that are prequalified for it will have to wait until the end of this year at least for the present deadlock to be broken.
