Inspiration can be derived from uplifting stories that are set in a background of disaster. The stories may range from the mundane to the imaginative, representing real-life incidents to mythological ones. Inspiring stories emanate as fragments of our experiences, interactions, activities or knowledge, and thus are never truly “original.” Yet they serve to motivate us.
