Borouge Awards a Contract to Agility for the Construction of a Polymer Distribution Center in China

Abu Dhabi Polymers Company(Borouge),a joint venture between Abu Dhabi National Oil Company(ADNOC-60%)and Borealis(40%),has awarded a contract worth 220 million to Agility(Abu Dhabi)PJSC,the local subsidiary of the Kuwaiti company Agility,for the construction of the Borouge Compound Manufacturing Unit(CMU)and the Shanghai Logistics Hub in the Chinese city of Shanghai.Agility will also provide logistical services to Borouge's customers in Asia for a 10-year period with effect from the start-up of the new complex Borouge is building in Ruwais,which is due on stream in 2010.
