3.44-Billion Funding Facility Has Been Finalized for the Marafiq Independent Power Project

A consortium composed of Suez Energy International,Gulf Investment Corporation (GIC) and Arabian Company for Water & Power Projects (ACWA Power Projects) has finalized a limited-recourse funding facility for the Marafiq independent water and power project (IWPP) in Jubail,the Suez group announced on 21 June.A syndicate of 29 international,regional and Saudi banks has agreed to advance credits totaling 3,443 million to the consortium.
