Repsol YPF,the operator of Blocks NC-186 and NC-115 in the Murzuk basin,has submitted a development plan for the I/R oilfield to the National Oil Corporation (NOC).The field stretches over these two tracts and,according to the Spanish company,it contains total oil-in-place of 1,261 million barrels and recoverable reserves of 474 million barrels.
