Anadarko's Hydrocarbon Sales Were Stable at 66,000 B/D in the First Half of 2007

Despite a significant drop in the second quarter of this year relative to the corresponding quarter of 2006,Anadarko Petroleum Corporation's sales of Algerian crude were virtually stable in the first half of 2007 as a whole.They averaged 66,000 b/d during the period,compared with 67,000 b/d in the first half of 2006.In the second quarter of 2007 in particular,they amounted to only 59,000 b/d,as against 71,000 b/d in the corresponding period of 2006 and 72,000 b/d in the first quarter of this year.
