The new organizational chart maintains the rationale and principles that structure Sonatrach around its core activities,consolidate the capacities of general management in the formulation of strategies and policies,and assure effective decentralization and functional simplification.In addition,it gives the company new structures for its international development and for improving its engineering and technical support potential,which is systematized and coordinated with all its development projects.
