AOGM:We are a few days away from the G8 summit in Saint Petersburg and the host country,Russia,has placed energy security among the top priorities of the meeting,which can only please the IEA.However,in the light of the development of Russian policy over the past year or two and the dispute between Russia and Ukraine at the beginning of 2006,can one trust Russia to be a reliable supplier of hydrocarbons and to contribute to the global growth in oil and gas supply?
