On 1 November Dolphin Energy Limited(DEL)published the definitive list of companies prequalified to bid for the EPC(engineering,procurement and construction)contract for its future Eastern Gas Distribution System(EGDS)in the east of the United Arab Emirates(UAE).DEL stressed that this was the only accurate list and that certain press reports had been incorrect.
