J.Ray McDermott to Build and Install Wellhead Jackets for the Offshore Facilities of the Qatargas 3 and 4 Projects

J.Ray McDermott Eastern Hemisphere Ltd.,a subsidiary of J.Ray McDermott S.A.,has won a contract for the construction and installation of three wellhead jackets for the offshore facilities associated with the Qatargas 3 and 4 projects.The other company in the running for the contract was Abu Dhabi-based National Petroleum Construction Company (AOG,1 Jan.,2006).J.Ray points out that contracts of this type are typically worth more than us20 million.
