Gulfsands Contracts Crosco to Drill its First Well on Block 26 Starting in Late April or Early May

Gulfsands Petroleum Pic has announced the signing of two contracts,one with Crosco Integrated Drilling & Well Services Co.Ltd.and the other with MB Drilling Overseas Limited,for the drilling of three wells on Block 26,with an option for two more.Gulfsands will utilize a Crosco rig for the drilling and appraisal of its first well on the tract,Suweidiyeh North,which is due to be spudded at the end of April or the beginning of May,and has an option for the drilling of a second well under its contract with the Croatian company.
