The two refining joint ventures set up by Saudi Aramco last May,one with Total and the other with ConocoPhillips (AOG,1 June,2006),have selected their respective financial advisers.They are developing two refineries with identical configurations,the first of which will be located in Jubail and the second in Yanbu.Each will have a capacity of 400,000 b/d and will export most of its output,and each is expected to cost some SR 25 billion (6.6 billion).
