Horizon Terminals Inaugurates a New Terminal in Ulsan and an Expansion in Singapore

Horizon Terminals Limited (HTL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dubai-based Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC), and Taeyoung Industries of South Korea inaugurated the Horizon Taeyoung Korea Terminal (HTKT) on 2 May. In capacity terms, it is the second largest chemical terminal in Ulsan and cost $76 million to build. Another subsidiary of HTL, Horizon Singapore Terminals, had earlier announced the completion of phase 3 of the expansion of its liquids storage terminal on Jurong Island in Singapore.
