Following is the text of a telephone interview conducted on 20 September with two Vice-Presidents of the Independent Petroleum Association of America,Messrs.Lee Fuller and Frederick Lawrence.Mr.Fuller is responsible for relations with the U.S.government and Mr.Lawrence for economics and international affairs - see the Who's Who on pages 5 and 6.The mission and activities of the IPAA are briefly described in a sidebar on page 8.
