Siemens to Supply Two Water Treatment Systems to Oryx GTL

Industrial Solutions and Services(I&S),a subsidiary of the German company Siemens,is to supply two separate wastewater treatment systems to the gas-to-liquids(GTL)plant being developed by Oryx GTL Limited,a joint venture between Qatar Petroleum(QP-51%)and the South African company Sasol(49%).Both units are due to be operational by the end of this year.The project is to be carried out by USFilter,an American subsidiary of I&S.The two units will treat 1.3 million gallons/day of wastewater produced during the GTL conversion process.Part
