Crescent Petroleum Awards Contracts to NPCC for the Coating and Laying of a Pipeline and for an Offshore Platform for the Mubarak Field

Crescent Petroleum Company International Limited,which is based in the emirate of Sharjah,has awarded a combined contract worth several millions of dollars to National Petroleum Construction Company (NPCC) of Abu Dhabi covering two tenders for the gas project of Sajaa Gas Private Ltd.(SajGas).The latter was set up recently by the government of Sharjah in association with Crescent Petroleum and six shareholders in Saudi Arabia,Kuwait,Bahrain,Abu Dhabi and Sharjah for the construction of a gas processing plant in Sharjah (AOG,1 Nov.,2004).
