Prequalification Procedure Launched for the Construction of a Harbor to Serve the Azzawiya Refinery

Azzawiya Oil Refining Company Inc., a subsidiary of Libya's National Oil Corporation (NOC), has launched a prequalification procedure targeted at Libyan and foreign companies that operate or have operated in Libya and are specialized in the design and construction of ports and all works connected with that type of project. Azzawiya Oil Harbor Project will include a main breakwater, a lee breakwater, platforms for the handling of petroleum products and associated facilities.
