Groundstar Resources Sells 60% of its Interest in the West Komombo Tract to Aegean Energy

The Canadian company Groundstar Resources Limited has announced the signing of a "final" agreement for the sale of a 60% interest in the West Komombo (WKO) concession in Upper Egypt to Athens-based Aegean Energy for $6 million. When the agreement is put into effect, Aegean will advance Groundstar a loan of $2 million to enable it to push ahead with its operations.
