Preliminary Agreement Concluded Between Kuwait and Iraq on Frontier Oil Fields

In remarks to the Kuwaiti newspaper Al Jarida, the Under-Secretary of the Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Mohammed Haj Humud, disclosed that Kuwait and Iraq had concluded a preliminary agreement regarding oil fields at the frontier between the two countries.
