The U.S. independent Apache Corporation has chalked up further successes in the Western Desert with three new discoveries that yielded combined test flows of 80 million cu ft/day of natural gas and 5,909 b/d of oil and condensate. In all three cases, the pay zones are located in Jurassic formations.
