First Development Well at Khurbet East to Be Brought into Production in the Fourth Quarter

Gulfsands, Petroleum has announced the successful completion of its first development well at the Khurbet East field, after receiving the Syrian authorities' approval for its development plan (AOG, 16 Feb., 2008). The KHE-4 well was taken down to a depth of 1,935 meters and suspended as a future producer.
