ExxonMobil to Drill at Least One Exploration Well on Offshore Block LB-13 Between Now and March 2016

The West African offshore remains one of the world's oil exploration hotspots. In addition to the key producing countries of Nigeria and Angola and the other states with proven but more limited potential, oil companies are eyeing the potential of countries that could become oil producers in the future, such as Sierra Leone and Liberia.
