Saudi Aramco Selects SK Engineering and Samsung Engineering for the Wasit Gas Processing Facilities

On 25 January Saudi Aramco announced the names of the contractors it had selected for the construction of the onshore facilities of the Wasit gas project. It has awarded the contracts to SK Engineering & Construction Co. Ltd. and Samsung Engineering Ltd. When finalized, the contracts will be lump-sum, turnkey EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) contracts. Contracts for the first three of the four works packages have gone to SK Engineering and the contract for the cogeneration plant to Samsung Engineering.
